1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that websites store in your browser when you visit them. They allow, for example, your preferences to be remembered or your session to be recognised. Depending on who manages them they can be first-party or third-party; depending on their purpose, technical, personalisation, analytics or advertising; and depending on their duration, session or persistent.
2. Cookies used by this website
loyextech.es and loyextech.com use only the following first-party cookie:
- Name
- NEXT_LOCALE
- Owner
- First-party (loyextech.es)
- Purpose
- Remembers the language you have chosen (Spanish or English) when you change it with the language switch.
- Type
- Technical / user-chosen personalisation
- Duration
- Session: deleted when you close the browser
3. Cookies we do not use
This website does not use analytics, advertising, social media or any third-party cookies. Fonts and all other resources are served from our own domain, so your visit is not reported to third parties for tracking purposes.
4. Why there is no cookie banner
In accordance with article 22.2 of the Spanish LSSI-CE and the Spanish Data Protection Agency's Guide on the use of cookies, technical cookies and personalisation cookies that the user activates by choosing a preference, such as the language, are exempt from the obligation to obtain consent. For this reason the website does not display a cookie banner. If in the future we add cookies that require consent, we will ask for it beforehand through a settings panel and update this policy.
5. How to manage or delete cookies
You can block or delete cookies at any time from your browser settings. If you delete the NEXT_LOCALE cookie, the website will again be displayed in your browser's preferred language. Instructions can be found in each browser's help:
- Google Chrome: Settings › Privacy and security › Cookies and other site data.
- Mozilla Firefox: Settings › Privacy & Security › Cookies and Site Data.
- Apple Safari: Preferences › Privacy › Manage Website Data.
- Microsoft Edge: Settings › Cookies and site permissions.
